Normal processing is 2–4 business days; busy periods may require up to 5 business days. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Eligible preference-based returns may be requested within 20 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before returning an item.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. See the Return & Refund Policy. The voluntary return window does not restrict statutory remedies.

Report issues promptly with order details and supporting photographs. Confirmed errors attributable to us will receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by the error.

Changes and cancellations depend on fulfillment status. Contact us immediately. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

We may correct errors or withdraw future offers without retrospectively removing valid benefits from accepted orders contrary to law.

These terms do not require waiver of a mandatory right to a court, regulator, or other lawful remedy.

Updates apply prospectively from the revision date unless law requires otherwise. Accepted purchase terms are not retroactively changed merely by posting a new version.
